Jackie Glaze is the Deputy Director for Regional Operations Group. In 2017, she served as the Acting Director for the Intergovernmental and External Affairs Group, within the Center for Medicaid and CHIP Services, responsible for overseeing the Division of Tribal Affairs and the Division of Communication and Outreach in addition to serving as the Acting Director of the Division for State and Stakeholders Relations. From 2010 through 2017, she served as the Associate Regional Administrator (ARA) for the Division of Medicaid and Children’s Health Operations (DMCHO) in the Atlanta Regional Office. In this position, she was responsible for the program and financial oversight and monitoring of the eight states in the southeastern corridor of the nation. She began her career in the Kansas City Regional Office working in Medicaid systems and subsequently worked on a variety of Medicaid program and policy issues. In 2004, she became the Program Services Branch Manager in the Kansas City Regional Office. During 2007 through 2010, she served as the Acting ARA on DMCHO details in Denver, San Francisco and Atlanta. Jackie has served with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services since 1991.
