Exchange Innovators (State-Based and Partnership Marketplaces)

The Exchange Innovators MAC Learning Collaborative, in place from 2011 – 2014, provided a forum for states operating state-based marketplaces (SBMs) and State Partnership Marketplaces (SPMs). The collaborative supported states in their efforts to develop consumer-friendly, cost-effective information technology (IT) systems. Products developed by the Collaborative include:
