This amendment implements a health services initiative (HSI) to modify
the school eligibility criteria in order to align with the US Department of Agriculture’s
Community Eligibility Provision school requirements. Also, this SPA revises the data
collection process to aid in identification of uninsured children.

Idaho
Idaho recently received approval for Medicaid ABP SPAs ID-19-0011, ID-19-0012, ID-19-0020, and ID-19-0021. In this companion CHIP SPA, the state is adding habilitative intervention services for treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), partial hospitalization to expand outpatient behavioral health services for participants at risk of placement in residential psychiatric facilities, and updates the Primary Care Case Management (PCCM) enrollment processes to align with approved changes to the state’s Medicaid ABP.
