CHIP State Amendment Plans

This amendment implements a health services initiative (HSI) to provide support to the Louisiana Poison Center.

This amendment implements a health services initiative (HSI) to provide to provide case management, in-home education, environmental assessment, durable equipment, and environmental hazard remediation in homes of low-income children with moderate to severe asthma. This SPA also eliminates all copayments in CHIP.
