This SPA updates performance goals and strategic objectives to align with CHIP annual report.

This SPA demonstrates compliance with requirements in the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARP) that 1) mandate coverage of COVID-19 testing, treatment, and vaccines and their administration without cost-sharing or amount, duration, or scope limitations; and 2) require states to cover, without cost sharing, the treatment of conditions that may seriously complicate COVID- 19 treatment, during the period when a beneficiary is diagnosed with or is presumed to have COVID-19.

This SPA provides Wisconsin with approval to use title XXI funding for a health services initiative (HSI) to provide housing supports services for low-income families with children under 19 and pregnant individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

This SPA provides Georgia with approval to provide 12 months of continuous postpartum coverage to individuals enrolled in its separate CHIP program.

This SPA provides Pennsylvania with approval to provide 12 months of continuous postpartum coverage to individuals enrolled in its separate CHIP program.

This SPA extends CHIP eligibility to children from conception to the end of pregnancy (otherwise known as “unborn”) whose parent is not otherwise eligible for Medicaid or CHIP with incomes up to and including 208 percent of the federal poverty level (FPL).

This SPA implements a health services initiative (HSI) program to improve the health of low-income children through a targeted, school-based initiative that provides vision screening services and glasses to children in need.

This SPA implements a health services initiative (HSI) program to support families through the Oregon Parenting Education Collaborative (OPEC).
