Medicaid State Plan Amendments

This amendment, the state is adding home health providers (under nursing services) to its electronic visit verification (EVV) requirement policy, in accordance with §1903(i) of the Social Security Act.

This plan updates rates for Targeted Case Management (TCM).

This amendment revises the state plan to reflect that Ohio imposes property liens on account of benefits incorrectly paid.

This amendment updates language for excluded drugs covered by SCDHHS including weight loss medicine, prescription vitamins & minerals and OTC drugs.

To correct the typographical errors located in boxes 7 and 8 of CMS Form 179 for the Medicaid PACE SPA MD-23-0015.

To correct the typographical errors located in boxes 7 and 8 of CMS Fo1m 179 for Medicaid PACE SPA MD-23-0001.

This SPA will include transportation network companies as a type of non-emergency transportation provider that may be used to provide covered transportation services.
 

This plan amendment implements a rate increase for the Targeted Case Management (TCM).

This plan amendment updates the rates for Freestanding Birthing Centers.

On March 01, 2024, The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) received Minnesota State Plan Amendment (SPA) MN-24-0008 for Behavioral Health Homes to reflect a 3 percent change to Behavioral Health Services identified in the Medicaid State Plan amendment 24-0005. This change was authorized by Laws of Minnesota 2023, chapter 70, article 1, section 35.
