Medicaid State Plan Amendments

This amendment is to add Certified Indian Health Service Community Health Aide Program providers into the other licensed providers section of the state plan.

This state plan amendment implements a 3% inflationary increase for North Dakota Medicaid Providers providing 1915i services.

Amended the Community First Choice (CFC) program to add an option that allows level of care assessments to be completed remotely when an in-person visit is not possible and also adds language that allows participants and providers to finalize the person-centered plan with an electronic signature, including voice signature.

An exemption from the Medicaid Recovery Audit Contractor (RAC) requirements for two years.

This amendment is to temporarily limit otherwise covered benefits for adult beneficiaries for the period June 1, 2023 through September 30, 2023 in response to the territory’s federal funding shortfall.   

This amendment adds medication-assisted treatment to the Alternative Benefit Plan.

This state plan amendment implements a 3.5% inflationary increase for Personal Care Services.

The purpose of this SPA is to amend the provisions governing home health services to align reimbursement with the Louisiana Medicaid fee schedule.
