Medicaid State Plan Amendments

This amendment was submitted in order to update the fee schedules for Personal Care Assistant (PCA) services .

This SPA increases reimbursement rates for speech therapy services, physical therapy services, and occupational therapy services; and adds speech-language pathology assistants, physical therapy assistants, and occupational therapy assistants as providers.

This SPA updates the professional qualifications for technicians delivering Adaptive Behavior Support services to Medicaid beneficiaries diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.

This amendment adds Children Behavioral Interventionist (CBI) Service, which will provide children/youth with neuro developmental activities for individuals/families that are struggling with behavior and emotional management issues as established in a person-centered treatment plan.

This amendment is for §1915 state plan home and community-based services (HCBS) benefit and adding the new service Coordinated Family Supports.

This amendment was submitted in order to update the fee schedules for Behavioral Health services .

This amendment was submitted in order to update the fee schedules for Family Planning services .

This amendment was submitted in order to update the fee schedules for Private Duty Nursing.

This amendment will clarify the state covers and reimburses approved adult vaccines recommended by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP).

The State is changing the implementation date of the previously approved MN-22-0017 SPA as well as incorporating permanent funding for the moving expense allowance in Housing Stabilization - Transition Services.
