Medicaid State Plan Amendments

This SPA is to memorialize the new income standards for its optional state supplement program, the beneficiaries of which are eligible for Medicaid under Alaska's state plan, and make related changes to other eligibility groups covered under its state plan.

This SPA amends the State Plan to allow the State to enter into value-based contract arrangements with drug manufacturers through supplemental rebate agreements.

This Amendment makes conforming changes to the Medicaid State Plan to modify 12-month continuous eligibility policies for children.

This SPA proposes to update professional dispensing fees.

State made changes to several to the income and resource disregards applied in the eligibility determinations for the optional Ticket to Work and Work Incentives Improvement Act (WEEIAA) eligibility group.

This SPA authorizes reimbursement rate increases for 1915i Independent Living services, Habilitation/Community Living Arrangement services, Participant-directed Day services and Supported Employment services, and Day Services paid rates pursuant to a cost study, effective for dates of service on or after January 1, 2024.

This SPA authorizes revisions to the Pennsylvania Medicaid Supplemental Rebate Agreement.

CMS is approving this time-limited state plan amendment to respond to the COVID-19 national emergency.  The purpose of this amendment is to add supplemental payments to adult family care services providers and several hospitals.
