Medicaid State Plan Amendments

This amendment will allow Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) and LMFT Licensure Candidates in training to provide services as qualified behavioral health clinicians for covered rehabilitative services.

To add coverage for temporary lodging targeted to families of children with special needs when the child is required to travel to receive treatment.

This amendment Increases rates for behavioral health services by three percent from the rates in effect on December 31, 2023
