Medicaid State Plan Amendments

This State Plan Amendment (SPA) proposes to make changes to the Medicaid State Plan to revise Medicaid reimbursement rates for physician and other practitioner services, including reimbursement rates for physician, anesthesiology, and dental services.

This transmittal is being submitted to change the duplicate criteria for both a provider enrollment agreement from OHA and DHS.

This amendment aligns Indiana Medicaid with the 21st Century Cures Act by including Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) assurance for home health services.

Revise the methodology utilized to reimburse Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facilities (PRTF).

Increase in hospital reimbursement due to Wisconsin Biennial Budget increase.

This plan amendment will increase reimbursement to Ambulatory Surgical Centers (ASC)/Dental Procedures.

This plan amendment the updates the rates for Community Mental Health Services.

This amendment was submitted to comply with the mandatory Medicaid program coverage of adult vaccinations under the Inflation Reduction Act.

This amendment is to allow certain non-drug products to be added to the pharmacy formulary.

This amendment proposes to make services provided by certified school psychologists eligible for Medicaid reimbursement as directed by the Rhode Island legislature.
