Medicaid State Plan Amendments

This plan proposes an increase to rates under the Connecticut Home Care Program for Elders (CHCPE).

This SPA proposes to bring Puerto Rico into compliance with the reimbursement requirements in the Covered Outpatient Drug final rule with comment period (CMS-2345-FC).

Effective January 1, 2023, this amendment provides for supplemental payments for private hospital outpatient services for the service period of January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2024. The supplemental payments are in addition to base rate payments and other supplemental payments, paid to private hospitals in California for the furnishing of Medicaid fee-for-service outpatient hospital services.
