To request an additional role, navigate to My User Profile under the Records tab. After clicking the link to your name, on your profile, there is a button to "Add or Modify roles" in the upper right corner. This will give you access to modify your user profile to add additional roles or attributes. If you attempt to access the EIDM Portal (https://macpro.cms.gov ) or MACPro (https://macpro.cms.gov ) and receive a blue screen noted as an "Oracle Error", please try the following steps to resolve your issue:
If you are clicking on a bookmarked link, manually type the link to the EIDM Portal or MACPro. You may also attempt to copy and paste. After doing so, re-bookmark the link.
Attempt to clear your cache using your browser's Options.
Verify that you are not using Internet 8-10. If you are not, attempt to use a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox.
