Advancing State Implementation of the MAC QRS - January 2026

This webinar provides an overview of the MAC QRS and reviews three new technical assistance (TA) resources to assist states and their partners with implementing the MAC QRS that are available on Medicaid.gov: 

• Measurement Year 2026 Technical Resource Manual - Presents the set of mandatory MAC QRS measures that must be displayed no later than December 31, 2028, and provides guidance on stratification and reporting measures with multiple rates
• Measure Assignment TA Resource - Provides guidance for assigning MAC QRS measures to managed care plans (MCPs)
• Design Guide Modules - Highlight key insights and practical strategies for applying human-centered design to support the development of user-friendly MAC QRS websites
