This amendment proposes to conform with the requirements of section 5121 of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023, including mandatory coverage of eligible juveniles who are inmates of a public institution post-adjudication of charges, and screening and diagnostic services, and targeted case management services for eligible juveniles.
