Improving Access to and Utilization of Oral Health Services for Children in Medicaid and CHIP Programs
Data and Statistics, Policy Guidance - Presents state-specific findings on children’s use of dental services in Medicaid. Includes state-specific performance data for two Child Core Set measures: (1) Preventive Dental Services (PDENT-CH) and (2) Dental Treatment Services (TDENT-CH). For a measure to be publicly reported, data must be provided to CMS by at least 25 states and meet internal standards for quality. Innovative State Practices for Improving the Provision of Medicaid Dental Services
