This amendment is to amend its 1915(i) state plan home and community-based services (HCBS) benefit. The amendment takes effect on October 1, 2025. The state has transitioned from the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) to the Nevada Health Authority (NVHA), now commonly known as Nevada Medicaid.
