This amendment removes the end date for the Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) 1905(a)(29) benefit per the amendments made to statute because of the passage of the Consolidated Appropriations Act 2024 and adds additional licensed providers for Psychotherapy and Therapeutic Behavioral Services.
