This Amendment updates the designation of its Single State Agency (SSA) for Medicaid program administration. Effective July 1, 2025, the Nevada Health Authority (NVHA) will assume responsibility as the SSA, as mandated by Senate Bill 494, enacted during the 83rd Legislative Session in 2025.
