This amendment removes the end date for the Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) 1905(a)(29) benefit per the amendments made to statute as a result of the passage of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2024. It also updates provider credentials for some providers to align with current federal and state requirements.
