This amendment proposes to provide for mandatory coverage in accordance with section 1902(a)(84) as well as 1905(a)(19) and 42 CFR 440.169, authorizing Targeted Case Management for eligible juveniles who are incarcerated in a public institution post-adjudication of charges.
