This amendment will comply with actions implemented in Section 201 of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2024, which made the mandatory Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorders (OUD) benefit permanent by amending Section 1905(a)(29) of the Social Security Act (the Act) to remove the end date of September 30, 2025.
