This plan amendment updates Attachment 4.19D Part I Supplement I, to reflect recent changes made due to the Department’s amendment of a data element in the Department’s case-mix payment system for nursing facilities and county nursing facilities to utilize the Patient Driven Payment Model (PDPM) in place of the Resource Utilization Groups, Version III (RUG-III) classification system to set Medical Assistance payment rates for nursing facilities.
