CMS is approving this time-limited state plan amendment to respond to the COVID-19 national emergency. The purpose of this amendment is to increase rates for certain Home and Community-Based Services. This SPA increase rates for personal care services and behavioral health services by 70 percent for a temporary period ending March 31, 2023.
