Attachment 4.19-D Page 9, Section E, 1.b. Special Care Rates: The reimbursement methodology for Behaviorally Complex Add-On rate will now be based on the minimum staffing level multiplied by the Nevada Certified Nursing Assistant (CAN) median wage. The minimum staffing level will be divided into three categories. Each category will be defined by the number of hours of care required by the recipient and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
