This amendment increases DSH payments to non-state government-owned or operated hospitals for fiscal years 2012 and 2013. Additionally, this amendment increases DSH payments to hospitals with an indigent care agreement (ICA) with a partner health care related entity, and revises the individual hospital payment amounts for the ICA DSH Pool identified in the state plan.
