This amendment adds the following to the 1915(i) State Plan Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) renewal: a median rate methodology for licensed/certified residential services; participant direction as an option for existing respite, skilled nursing, and non-medical transportation services; and new community-based training and financial management services.
