This amendment reduces base Nursing Facility payment rates by 4.0%. This SPA also updates charts and exhibits within the state plan that demonstrate the revised factors and limits applicable to the rate period beginning with FY 2016. The SPA also updates State Administrative Regulations that are included as attachments to the Plan.
