This amendment implements two, time-limited Health Service Initiatives (HSIs). The first is a statewide Breastfeeding Hotline and the second is a Substance Use Disorder and Parenting Intervention HSI. Additionally, through this SPA, the state extends the operation of its existing Reach Out and Read HSI through June 2024.
