This SPA allows Nevada to obtain federal funding to expand coverage to uninsured non-citizen targeted low income children who are lawfully residing in the United States, as permitted under section 2107(e)(l)(M) of the Social Security Act. On May 17,2018, the state received approval f'or the same type of amendment under Medicaid SPA NVI 8-0003.
