Liz Clark is Acting Deputy Director of the Children and Adults Health Programs Group. Liz came to CMS in 2017 to bring her quality measurement and improvement expertise to the Division of Quality and Health Outcomes. Prior to CMS, she worked with the Maryland Medicaid Administration to create and implement a value-based care model for the use of the National Diabetes Prevention Program. She has over twenty five years of working in health care and health policy, in particular working at the corporate as well as local and state government levels to improve access to care and health outcomes. Liz received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Muhlenberg College.
