This amendment proposed to: discontinue coverage of the optional eligibility group serving individuals with MAGI-based income above 133 percent of the federal poverty level (FPL); and reduce the income eligibility standard of its mandatory eligibility group serving parents and other caretaker relatives from 216 percent of the FPL to 133 percent of the FPL.
