RULE ID	RULE Definition
RULE-3163	If the insurance carrier address line 1 is populated on the TPL entity contact information file, then the insurance carrier address line 1 reported must not contain any pipe or asterisk characters.
RULE-6360	If a segment is a TPL entity contact information segment from a TPL file, then the insurance carrier address line 1 value reported must be compatible with the specified T-MSIS picture format: X(60).
RULE-7138	If at least two of the first, second, and third insurance carrier address lines are populated on a TPL entity contact information segment from a TPL file, then the insurance carrier address line values reported must be unique.
