Definition	The provider's name that is commonly used by the public when the "doing-business-as" name is different than the legal name. DBA is an abbreviation for "doing business as." Registering a DBA is required to operate a business under a name that differs from the company's legal name. If DBA name is the same as the legal name, do not populate DBA name.
