RULE ID	RULE Definition
RULE-2674	If the state plan id number is populated on the managed care plan population enrolled file, then the state plan id number reported must not contain any pipe or asterisk characters.
RULE-2675	All managed care plan population enrolled segments must have a corresponding managed care main segment where the managed care plan population enrolled effective and end dates are within the managed care main effective and end dates. Note: Managed care main dates can be consecutive or overlapping.
