RULE ID	RULE Definition
RULE-2049	If the citizenship verification flag is populated on a variable demographics eligibility file, then the citizenship verification flag reported must be found in the list of valid values.
RULE-6467	If a segment is a variable demographics eligibility segment from an ELG file, the citizenship verification flag value reported must be compatible with the specified T-MSIS picture format: X(1).
RULE-7557	If a segment is a variable demographics eligibility segment from an ELG file, and the MSIS ID is populated and the citizenship indicator is equal to 1 (US Citizen), then the citizenship verification flag must be populated.
