RULE ID	RULE Definition
RULE-3093	If the TPL medicaid eligible person main has a TPL health insurance coverage indicator equal to medicaid/CHIP eligible indivdual has TPL insurance coverage, then the TPL medicaid eligible person health insurance coverage information segment must have a value populated for policy owner first name.
RULE-3094	If policy owner first name is populated on a TPL Medicaid Eligible Person Health Insurance segment from a TPL file then the Eligible Person Health Insurance policy owner first name must not contain any pipe characters.
RULE-6465	If a segment is a TPL medicaid eligible person health insurance coverage information segment, the policy owner first name value reported must be compatible with the specified T-MSIS picture format: X(30).
