Effective January 1, 2021, this amendment provides a 2.5 percent inflationary increase for Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) services, for services on or after the effective date.

Effective July 1, 2020, this amendment implements a reimbursement methodology for when a new national procedure code is assigned for HealthCare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) updates and when federally-mandated reimbursement rates, physician-administered drugs (PADs), or biological products are released. 

Effective July 1, 2020, this amendment revises the quarterly nursing home supplemental payment (also known as MQIP), for dates of service in the quarter ending September 30, 2020. 

Effective January 01, 2020, this amendment increases nursing facility per diem rates by 3.1 percent.

Effective January 1, 2021, this amendment updates the reimbursement methodology for tribal providers rendering residential substance use disorder (SUD) services.

Effective July 1, 2021, this amendment updates the Current Dental Terminology dental code set to CDT 2020, replacing the CDT 2019 code set. 

Effective October 1, 2020, this amendment applies the reimbursement methodology for inpatient and outpatient hospital services for State fiscal year 2021. 

Effective March 1, 2021, this amendment updates the early and periodic screening, diagnostic, and treatment (EPSDT) fee schedule to add reimbursement rates for cranial remolding helmets. 

Effective January 1, 2021, this amendment revises Guam's skilled nursing facility rate methodology.
