Effective January 1, 2021, this amendment increases dental rates for services provided by dental practice plans operated by publicly funded academic medical centers. 

Effective April 1, 2020, this amendment provides an annual update to the State's supplemental teaching physician payment program using the Average Commercial Rate.

Effective January 1, 2021, this amendment clarifies how the payments are calculated for rehabilitative services.
