This amendment proposes to implement temporary policies, which are different from those policies and procedures otherwise applied under your Medicaid state plan, during the period of the Presidential and Secretarial emergency declarations related to the COVID-19 outbreak (or any renewals thereof).

SD-21-0002

Effective June 1, 2021 until terminated on May 31, 2023, this amendment extends the exception to the Medicaid Recovery Audit Contractor (RAC) program.

FL-20-0007

Effective July 1, 2020, this amendment adjusts reimbursement for Intermediate care facilities for individuals with developmental disabilities (ICF-IID).

NM-21-0005

Effective January 01, 2021, this amendment adds substance use disorder (SUD) as an additional eligibility criterion for Health Home Services. For payments made to Health Homes providers for Health Homes participants who newly qualify based on the Health Homes program’s additional condition coverage under this amendment, a medical assistance percentage (FMAP) rate of 90% applies to such payments for 8 quarters from the effective date of this SPA. The FMAP rate for payments made to health homes providers will return to the state's published FMAP rate at the end of the enhanced match period.

PA-20-0019

Effective December 27, 2020, this amendment continues an additional class of disproportionate share hospital payment to facilities meeting certain low-Income utilization rate (LIUR) and net patient revenue criteria while operating in a medically underserved area.

MA-20-0027

Effective October 1, 2020, this amendment authorizes updates to the reimbursement methodology for acute inpatient hospital services for fiscal year (FY) 2021.
