CMS is approving this time-limited state plan amendment (SPA) to respond to the COVID-19 national emergency. The purpose of this amendment is to allow the state to reimburse administration fees for COVID-19 vaccinations at the same rate as Medicare.

CMS is approving this time-limited state plan amendment (SPA) to respond to the COVID-19 national emergency. The purpose of this amendment is to allow the state to implement flexibilities for Idaho's 1915(i) State Plan HCBS Benefit for Adults with Developmental Disabilities.

IA-21-0004

CMS is approving this time-limited state plan amendment (SPA) to respond to the COVID-19 national emergency. The purpose of this amendment is to allow the state to reimburse eligible providers for the administration of FDA-authorized single-dose or two-dose COVID-19 vaccines. In addition, effective April 1, 2021, the State of Iowa will reimburse eligible providers for administration of each dose of an FDA-authorized COVID-19 vaccine at $40.

NY-17-0011

Effective January 1, 2017, this amendment revises reimbursement for inpatient hospital services. Specifically, it provides additional payments to specialty, critical access and physical medical rehabilitation hospitals to account for increases in the minimum wage (MW).

Effective August 19, 2020 this amendment adds coverage and reimbursement for three evidence-based parenting programs for children with disruptive behavior disorders.
