Effective January 1, 2021, this amendment updates the physicians' and other practitioner's fee schedules.

Effective March 1, 2021, this amendment clarifies access to Long-Term Care Community Nursing (LTCCN) services in all appropriate settings; removes the prohibition of using Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists; increases the approval limit for Electronic Devices from $500 to $1,200; and, updates the Group Care Homes for Children (GCH) rate methodology. 

Effective December 16, 2018, this amendment brings Missouri into compliance with items contained in the reimbursement requirements for the Covered Outpatient Drug final rule with comment period (CMS-2345-FC) and includes: reimbursement rates for long-term care, specialty drugs, drugs purchased at a nominal price, and physician administered drugs and reimbursement methods that use, among others, the National Average Drug Acquisition Cost (NADAC) for covered outpatient drugs.

Effective January 31, 2021, this amendment modifies rates payable to Indian Health Services and eligible tribal health facilities operating under Public Law (P.L.) 93-638.

Effective January 1, 2021, this amendment adjusts the Workforce Salary Increase rate for the Office of Mental Health licensed services. 

Effective for services on or after January 1, 2021, this amendment updates rate revisions for specialty, standard, and extended psychiatric residential treatment facilities (PRTF). 

CMS is approving this time-limited state plan amendment (SPA) to respond to the COVID-19 national emergency. The purpose of this amendment is to lock-in the calendar year (CY) 2020 School-Based Wellness Center (SBWC) Clinic Services per-visit rates for the entire CY 2021 and to maintain the rates for a first year nursing facility (NF), Polaris, through CY 2021, which are based on an estimated cost report they provide for a one-year period (CY 2020).

Effective January 1, 2021, this amendment increases the monthly income standards for Domiciliary Care.
