Effective October 1, 2020 until September 30, 2025, pursuant to Section 1006(b) of the SUPPORT Act, this amendment address the newly added mandatory benefit for coverage and reimbursement of medication-assisted treatment (MAT) in opioid treatment programs (OTPs) and office-based opioid treatment setting in compliance with Section 1006(b) of the Substance Use-Disorder Prevention that Promotes Opioid Recovery and Treatment (SUPPORT) for Patients and Communities Act, HR 6, and, Section 1905 (a) (29) of the Social Security Act. 

Effective January 1, 2021, this amendment updates the definition of a Nursing Facility base year and adjustment to applicable base year references.
