Effective for services beginning January 1, 2021, this amendment adds Silver Fluoride Diamine (HCPCS Code D1354) as a covered service. 

Effective October 30, 2020, this amendment for New York's Alternative Benefit Plan (ABP) alignment removes the annual visit limit cap for physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. 

Effective July 1, 2021, this amendment updates Oklahoma's Alternative Benefit Plan (ABP) to remove the 24-day visit limitation for inpatient physician services, adds Medication Assistive Treatment (MAT) services, and enhances dental services for adults.

Effective October 1, 2018, this amendment adds coverage of long term residential substance use disorder services, which would allow an individual to initiate and receive services to treat substance use disorders in a less intense care setting, to the state's alternative benefit plan (ABP).

Effective September 6, 2017 this amendment updates the rates for personal care services.

Effective August 14, 2020, this amendment creates a 1 percent rate increase for certain primary care codes. 

Effective April 1, 2021, this amendment authorizes supplemental payments for the outpatient services of certain non-government owned or operated general hospitals.

Effective August 6, 2021, this amendment adds the optional eligibility group of individuals who are eligible for state plan home and community-based services (HCBS) and meet the requirements for an approved section 1915(c) waiver. The amendment also offers a Medicaid eligibility pathway to certain individuals who meet the coverage requirements for the Connecticut Housing Engagement and Support Services (CHESS) Initiative State Plan Home and Community-Based Services Benefit Pursuant to Section 1915(i) of the Social Security Act.
