This SPA will update the Preadmission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) program policies defined in the existing State Plan to better align with current language, definitions, and procedures.

Adds information regarding nurse midwife services.

Provides assurance of transp01tation requirements in accordance with Section 209 of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021.
