This amendment proposes to add coverage for Virginia’s Clinical Trials.

CMS is approving this time-limited state plan amendment to respond to the COVID-19 national emergency.  The purpose of this amendment is to waive minimum occupancy penalty for nursing facilities and to issue supplemental payments to five provider types totaling $9.6 million.
