ME-22-0018

Maine State Plan Amendment (SPA) ME-22-0018 for Opioid Health Home (OHH) to establish a tier of services within the OHH program specific to perinatal care teams. These services with the OHH program are referred to as the Maine MOM (Perinatal OUD Care).

CT-21-0030

This amendment updates CT Alternative Benefit Plan (ABP) to reflect several updates to behavioral health services, including removing the requirements for registration for all routine outpatient behavioral health. This SP A also updates the ABP to reflect the resumption of authorization for intensive outpatient
services and removal of authorization for electroconvulsive therapy.

This SPA assures coverage as described in the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA),and serves to secure the retroactive ARPA effective date of March 11, 2021 where applicable, and the April 1, 2021 effective date for 100% Federal Medical Assistance Percentage (FMAP) for vaccines where applicable.

The SPA updates and clarifies provisions including provider qualifications for psychiatric diagnostic evaluation, mental health assessment, psychological testing, psychotherapy, pharmacologic management, nurse medication management, therapeutic behavioral services, psychosocial rehabilitative services, and peer support services.

MN-21-0016

This SPA demonstrates compliance with requirements in the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARP) that 1) mandate coverage of COVID-19 testing, treatment, and vaccines and their administration without cost-sharing or amount, duration, or scope limitations; and 2) require states to cover, without cost sharing, the treatment of conditions that may seriously complicate COVID- 19 treatment, during the period when a beneficiary is diagnosed with or is presumed to have COVID-19.

AS-22-0001

This amendment adds optometry services to the state plan, revises coverage of eyeglasses/contact lens, and adds a fee-for-service payment methodology for these benefits.
