CMS is approving this time-limited state plan amendment to respond to the COVID-19 national emergency.  The purpose of this amendment is to extend the 5% increase in payment rates for ODDS services and settings for the period 7/1/22 through 9/30/22 or until the end of the PHE, whichever is first.

CMS is approving this time-limited state plan amendment to respond to the COVID-19 national emergency.  The purpose of this amendment is to implement a 10% rate increase for providers of Title XIX Home and Community Based Services as follows: (HCB) Personal Care Services, 1915(k) Community First Choice Services (CFC), and Long-Term Services and Supports Targeted Case Management Services(LTSS-TCM). The department intends this increase to facilitate increased wages and promote the hiring and retention of HCBS direct service workers, an area adversely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
