This State Plan Amendment supersedes TN: 21-0018 on the 4.19-B page 7. which implements an inflationary increase of 1/4th (.25%) for EPSDT services effective July 1, 2022.

In accordance with the 67th Montana Legislative Session, allows for a decrease in outpatient hospital
reimbursement, with the inclusion of Free Birthing Centers under the Outpatient State Plan.

This State Plan Amendment supersedes TN: 21-0011 pages 1, 1a, 1b, 2, and 3b, which implements an inflationary increase of 1/4th% (.25%) for services rendered by Medicaid Providers.

This amendment provides for a two percent inflationary increase to the per diem rates for both Specialty-Acute and Rehabilitation hospitals.

This State Plan Amendment supersedes TN: 21-0018 on the 4.19-B page 7a. which implements an inflationary increase for Targeted Case Management Services of 1/4th% (.25%).

The purpose of this SPA is Oklahoma’s Annual Rebasing of Rates for regular nursing facilities, nursing facilities serving residents with Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS), and acute and regular Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with an Intellectual Disability (ICF/IIDs).
