This plan amendment updates the bundled composite rate for services provided in an outpatient maintenance dialysis clinic.

This State Plan Amendment is an annual adjustment to
reflect the component of the payment limit cap applicable to the fee-for service activity for the State Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2022.

This State Plan Amendment supersedes TN: 21-0007 page 4a. which makes an increase to the Rural Health Clinic's (RHC) Alternative Payment Method (APM) rate by 1/4% (.25%)

This State Plan Amendment increases reimbursement rates for Behavioral Health Services.
